Gilda's Club Rochester is excited to once again present our Surviving in Style Fashion Show on Sunday, April 21, 2013 at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Rochester.

We invite and encourage cancer survivors to submit an application to model for this extraordinary event, which brings together survivors, caregivers, friends and family to benefit Gilda's Club Rochester. It is a unique opportunity for members of our community to celebrate YOU and share stories of great hope, strength and courage while helping others live with cancer.

We offer you the opportunity to nominate up to two caregivers. These individuals will escort you down the runway. Having the support of a caregiver, be it a medical professional, a family member, or a friend, is essential to those living with cancer – this is a great way to recognize the contribution made by that very important person in your life.

Please click here to submit a form no later than February 8th. Due to a limited number of spaces on the runway, all responses (model & caregiver applications) will be reviewed by a selection committee and everyone who submits a form will get a response by February 10th. To avoid confusion, please make your caregiver aware of their nomination before replying. All prospective models should keep Tuesday, February 26 available for a 'Meet the Models' orientation at the clubhouse.

No prior modeling experience is required! This is a fun and unique event for the models, caregiver escorts and guests who come to celebrate your life. Men, women and children have the opportunity to be pampered, dressed up and enjoy their special moment.
